Pasquale Papalia
Managing Director & Builder
Pasquale is a registered builder with over 15 years of experience in the building industry previously working for highly reputable boutique builders in Perth. Pasquale prides himself on exceptional customer service to deliver high quality client homes. He will be with you every step of the way sharing his knowledge and experience from the first consultation through to handover.

Marina Papalia
Accounts Manager
Marina has a background in administration and bookkeeping. This makes her well-equipped for her role as an Accounts Officer overseeing accounts and purchasing. Marina also assists Pasquale with the day to day running of the business including contract administration, shire and client liaison.
Pas's story
Pasquale has been surrounded by building his whole life starting out working alongside his father on construction sites during weekends and school holidays.
After gaining years of experience in the building industry Pasquale decided to embark on a new venture with Papalia Building & Design, which offers our clients an experience that allows flexibility and a hands-on approach to customer service, ensuring that they receive the best possible outcome for their dream home.
Pasquale officially entered into the building industry at the age of 17 working for a custom home builder as a trainee estimator / scheduler while completing his Diploma of Builders Registration at night school.
Work ethic and determination to grow within the industry was evident when he was promoted to a senior management role at the age of 19. In 2013 Pasquale accepted an opportunity to help create and run a boutique building company from the ground up, gaining in-depth experience in every aspect of the company.
He played a vital role in creating a highly reputable building company that won numerous HIA and MBA awards and he continues to do so every day at Papalia Building & Design.
