Duplex

A duplex is a subdivision that allows for two homes to be built on the one master-titled piece of land.

There are two main types of duplex subdivision – a front and back proposal or side-by-side.

There is a huge variety of options available to you after development is complete too – you can sell one or both properties, rent one or both properties, or sell one and keep the other!

Duplex developments have proven over time to be a profitable investment strategy, with options that can be mixed and matched to your investment goals and retirement plans.

Triplex

Triplex developments can be approached in two main ways – single site or multiple site.

A single site triplex design involves subdividing a master block into three titles in order to build three units (such as villas or townhouses) a multi-site triplex design involves amalgamating two or more blocks with the ultimate aim of subdividing the ‘new’ master block to build three dwellings on separate titles.
