• Open-plan living and dining areas flowing seamlessly to the alfresco and pool zone, promoting effortless indoor-outdoor living and year-round entertaining.
• Featured curved polished plaster seat, thoughtfully designed and built to surround a mature tree – retained by the clients as a central feature – creating a refined and tranquil outdoor focal point.
• A showpiece ensuite showcasing a breathtaking freestanding stone bath, exquisite feature tiling throughout, and an extended porcelain vanity seamlessly incorporating a dedicated makeup area, complemented by premium fixtures and finishes that capture luxury.
• A curved brick feature wall introduces textural depth and architectural interest, while a flush-mount, large sectional garage door integrates effortlessly into the façade, ensuring a clean, contemporary street appeal.

Project Challenges:

One of the key challenges we faced was finding a way to seamlessly curve the masonry brick on the front elevation. We’re incredibly proud of how this design element turned out. A great deal of planning also went into ensuring the flush-mount garage door was executed to the millimetre, achieving a flawless finish. Many of the features in this home required thoughtful consideration and meticulous planning to ensure we delivered the desired result – and we’re proud to say we achieved it.
