This home was cleverly designed and built on a 280 square metre rear battle-axe lot which resulted in a beautiful minimalist style home that emphasises bright airy open spaces with clean lines, simple effective furnishings and a cozy feel.

Despite an exceptionally strict budget, with a well thought out design and smart selections we were able to accomplish this while maintaining exceptional quality throughout the home. All this was done while the family lived in the existing home on the front lot!

Project Challenges:

The current economic situation brings many challenges across the building industry. To ensure the build ran smoothly and stuck to the scheduled timeline we ensured trades and suppliers were notified well in advance to ensure materials and trades were on time.
